Fitzroy Property Consultancy was formed to provide Rating, Lease Advisory, Residential/Commercial Property Buying & Selling and Property Investment services to clients across sectors, delivering unparalleled value and expertise. Formed by Priya Kharbanda (MRICS, MSc, LLM, MA(Hons)) with 8 years experience in real estate and 7 of those years working in a global real estate services firm with a background in law and business and management. She has worked for both public and private sector high-profile clients and saved clients in excess of millions in their property liabilities. In her spare time she is passionate about charity work and has donated thousands of pounds and hundreds of her children's books to NHS children's hospitals.
